Las Vegas police have arrested a person for smoking marijuana outdoors of a Strip on line casino in addition to trying to bribe them. Officers responded to a name that two males had been smoking marijuana outdoors of the Cosmopolitan Resort and On line casino early Monday morning.
The arrest report confirms that an officer spoke with one of many offenders, Pennsylvania resident David Benamati. The person had watery/crimson eyes, a robust odor of alcohol on his breath, and blurred speech. Upon being patted down, Benamati began to change into considerably resistant.
